Appointments
In order to ensure your services we request that you arrange your appointments well in advance. Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your appointment. With respect for our other clients we cannot offer an extension of scheduled services for late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy
Your treatment is reserved exclusively for you. We therefore require hour advance notice should you wish to cancel or change your appointment. It is your right to choose not to take advantage of your appointment. We reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment cost for cabcellations within 24 hours of your treatment and 100% within 12 hours of your treatment.

Prices and Gratuities
Prices and services are subject to change without notice. Gratuities are not included and are at your discretion. 15% - 20% gratuity is customary for excellent treatment and greatly appreciated.
